Features :
• Residential and light commercial air barrier membrane consisting of an engineered film and a patented, permeable adhesive technology with split-back poly-release film.
• Fully adhered to the wall substrate without mechanical attachment, eliminating water migration.
• Water resistive.
• Creates a continuous plane of air-tightness improving building thermal performance.
• Sheds water while allowing vapour to pass through allowing walls to drain and substrates to dry.
• Self-sealing around mechanical fasteners.
• Easy to apply with common hand tools.
• First of class vapour permeability, 1914 ng/Pa.m².s (33 Perms).
• Adhesive-primers typically not required for application above 5°C (40°F) to clean & dry wood and sheathing boards such as plywood and OSB. Ensure substrate and membrane temperatures are above 5°C (40°F). Use of adhesive-primers could be required for other situations.
• UV exposure up to 150 days.
