Does canac offer a delivery service?
- Delivery service is offered when you complete your purchase in store. You only need to visit a store, purchase your items and ask for delivery. To obtain further details about pricing and our coverage areas, please refer to our employees in store.
Online purchase
Which products are available for online purchase?
The shopping cart is available for certain authorized products only. For now, there are only products for direct pickup in the yard. A cart appears on the product under specific conditions of logistics, availability, and inventory. If no shopping cart appears on a product sheet, it means the product is temporarily or permanently available only for purchase in store. If a product is low in stock, you can change your store selection to check if the amount enables the shopping cart in another store neat you

When can i pick up my order?
- As soon as you receive the Order pick up email, which is sent a few minutes after your order confirmation email. It is important to read it through and follow the steps.
How long do i have to pick up my order?
- You have 72 hours to pick up your order.
Will my order be ready when i arrive?
- The online purchase option allows you to drive directly to the yard to pick up your products without stopping at a service desk. It is a great time saver, especially during the high season. Once you arrive at the yard, your items will be picked up with an employee as usual. Orders are not prepared before you arrive.
How to proceed to ask for a partial or total refund?
Please send an email at serviceweb@canac.ca to obtain a partial or total refund of an order you will not pick up. You can also contact us by phone at 1-844-88CANAC.
You can also ask for a partial or total refund when picking up your items directly in the yard. The refund will be processed on site and repayment will be made on your credit card within 2 to 3 business days.
In which stores are online shopping services offered?
- All our stores offer online ordering for yard products. However, depending on each store's inventory, some products may not be available online. You can check availability at other stores near you.

Why is there a store location showing?
- The store location allows our inventory system to provide the products availability. The price and availability of products can vary from a store to another.
How can i change my store?
- You can change store by selecting the store locator on the top left. Then click Change store and a list of all the stores will appear. To select another store, click CHOOSE THIS STORE.
Where can i find my store contact information?
After clicking on the store locator on the top left, your store details will appear. You can also click on Find a store on the top right and select the store for which you would like the contact information.
What are the stores opening hours?
- We're open Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday to Sunday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please note that our stores are closed on: January 1, Easter Sunday, June 24, July 1, Labour Day (1st Monday in September) and December 25.

Wich credit cards are accepted in the stores?
- All Canac stores and the canac.ca website accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex credit cards.
Do you offer a financing solution?

Customer account
How can i open a customer account?
- To request a customer account, you have to file an individual or a commercial credit application. To do so, visit our Customer account page and download the appropriate form (Individual Consumer or Commercial Sector). You can send it by email at credit@canac.ca or drop it in one of our stores.
