Ready-to-use pre-mixed cement - just add water! Non-shrinking cement mix offers great resistance to freezing/thawing. Used for column bases, machine bases, anchor bolts, support plates, etc. For application above, below, or at ground level. For interior and exterior use. Veratile product, can be applied in either a dry or liquid form by simply adjusting the amount of water to mix.
