-        2’ X 4’ X 4’’ pine wood board

Steps:

1.     Cut the 2 X 4 plank in three pieces of 13 inches. The first and the last pieces must each have one end with a 45-degree cut. The middle piece must have two 45-degree angles oriented in the same direction. Sand the three pieces.

2.     Drill the holes with the 1 ¼ in. bit. The first hole must be at 3 ½ in. (centre) from the edge and the second hole must be at 4 ½ in. (centre) from the centre of the first hole.

3.     Repeat step 2 for the two other 13 in. pieces.

4.     Cut the 2 X 10 pine board at a 30-inch length and sand it.

5.     Apply stain or varnish on all pieces.

6.     While it is drying, paint the 3/32 in. screw heads (8) and the flat brackets (2) with a spray paint of the colour of your choice.

7.     Assemble the three 13-inch pieces together with wood glue and use the flat brackets to fix.

8.     Place the three-piece module on the 30-inch plank and screw the two pieces together from the back of the plank with the 1 ½ in wood screws.

9.     To finish, attach a hook to hang on a wall.
