ABS Toilet Flange with Test Plug - 4 in. x 3 in.

Plastic ABS toilet flange (glued). Used for fastening toilet to floor. Adjustable screw ring permits easy alignement of toilet bolts. Female flange (4 in. x 3 in.) adapted to 3 in. ABS pipe. Test plug permits leakage tests and prevents waste from falling into drain during work. Important: the temporary plug should be removed before installing toilet.
