Universal, superior performance, polymer-modified cement-based patching and smoothing compound. Interior surface preparation formulated to fill cracks, depressions, voids, and holes in substrates up to 12 mm deep. Fast-setting: install flooring after only 60-90 minutes. Compatible with all adhesives and floor coverings including wood parquet and rubber. Can also be used, without latex additive, as an embossing leveler over conventional and non-conventional substrates prior to installation of floor covering. Mixes with water and applied with a trowel. Suitable supports*: dry concrete, plywood, existing ceramic, vinyl asbestos tiling, etc.
