Solvent-free, isocyanate-free, and phthalate-free hybrid sealant designed for exterior applications requiring high performance and durability. It offers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces, including glass, concrete, masonry, vinyl, metals, and wood.
Its 100% solid formulation prevents shrinkage and allows application even in cold weather (down to -17 °C / 1.4 °F). Once cured, it resists UV rays, weather, moisture, mineral oils, solvents, acids, and alkalis. It is non-corrosive, non-yellowing, and can be painted after drying.

• Paintable once dry
• Coverage: Approximately 50 linear feet for a ¼ in x ¼ in joint
• Skin formation time: 20 to 40 minutes
• Full cure time: 24 hours
• Application temperature: -17 °C to +40 °C (1.4 °F to 104 °F)
• Service temperature: -40 °C to +100 °C (-40 °F to 212 °F)
• Available in multiple colors to match common building materials
